[RGSS] Custom Resolution - Adjust Menu Position (Default Menu)

This script moves default menu to the center of the screen when used with Custom Resolution script


Instruction

Needs at least
 - Custom Resolution v0.96  or
 - Drago - Core Engine v1.40 (if used for other resolution script)
